Specifications

Applicants shall identify a faculty member from the Center for Gerontology & Healthcare Research (CGHCR) to be their mentor.

The proposal should be no longer than 5 double-spaced pages, exclusive of budget pages, "other support," letters of reference and CV. All proposals should be addressed to:

3. Description of Proposed Research Project - Four pages
4. Personal statement of interest in aging research - One page 
5. Anticipated next steps in research path (e.g. proposal to NIH)

7. Curriculum Vitae
8. Budget and Narrative Budget Justification - $50,000 for one year
9. Identify CGHCR Faculty Member to be your Mentor.
10. Letters of reference from clinical advisor and CGHCR Faculty Mentor. Letters should describe their relationship with the candidate, their assessment of the candidate's strengths/areas for further career development, probability of project success and further funding, and plan for oversight/collaboration.
